En varios de los modelos de Samsung se dispone de un servicio en el que, en situaciones de emergencia ó peligro, al presionar una tecla del teléfono manda un mensaje a 5 números predeterminados para recibir ayuda.

Aquí te decimos los modelos y como programarlo.

El servicio se llama -Mensajes de Emergencia- y lo puedes programar en los siguientes modelos de Samsung:

B110, J700, U600, U900, F480, E215, E236, F250, F275, M7500, M2710, Star, Beat y el M8800.

Para hacerlo debes seguir los siguientes pasos:

a. Entrar a Mensajes
b. Mensajes de Emergencia
c. Ajustes
d. Activar
e. Destinatarios
f. Ingresar destinatarios (aquí van los telefonos a donde se enviará el mensaje)
g. Repetición (número de veces que se mandará el mensaje)
h. Mensaje (el mensaje que quieres enviar)
i. Asignas una tecla y listo

hola, es una opción de seguridad del equipo que no puede ser modificada. Requieres que lo reinicien en un centro de servicio de samsung para que puedas volver a meter destinatarios. Saludos!.

¿Como puedo cambiar la lista de destinatarios para mensajes de emergencia? Mi celular es un modelo GT-E2121L, el problema es que solo puse un numero y me gustaria agregar más pero ya no aparece la opcion ¿hay forma de solucionarlo o necesito formatear el telefono? en caso de que sea la ultima opcion ¿Como puedo hacerlo? :-( Ayuda por favor...

Te recomiendo llevarlo a Centro de Servicio de Samsung, los teléfonos en tu localidad los encuentras en la seccion de Centros de Servicio del menú principal del sitio. Saludos.
